Jason answers the phone himself. The first conversation is a short triage: what the rig is, where it is sitting, what the system was doing before it quit and whether the coach still has shore power. That is usually enough to know whether the fix is a thirty-minute part swap or a longer diagnostic visit, and it decides which parts ride in the ambulance when he heads your way.

You get an arrival window rather than a vague all-day promise, along with the diagnostic fee quoted up front. That fee is applied toward the repair when you decide to move forward. Most calls around Conroe, Willis, Montgomery and Lake Conroe are scheduled within the same week, and genuine emergencies — no air conditioning in July, a water leak running into the floor, a slide stuck out the night before you travel — get worked in sooner.

On arrival the ambulance parks next to the rig and the work happens where it sits: a campsite, a storage lot, a driveway or a marina pad. Jason tests before replacing, shows you the failed part, and explains what he found in plain language. If something genuinely belongs at a chassis garage or a body shop, he says so instead of selling you a repair that will not hold.

Texting is often faster than talking, especially if the rig is somewhere with poor reception. Send the year, make and model, the park name and site number or a dropped pin, and a photo or short video of the panel, the leak or the error code. Photos cut guesswork out of the visit and frequently mean the right part is already on board when he pulls up.
